OVERVIEW

In today's shifty business world, technology has completely transformed the recruitment industry. Along with these advancements, came new challenges. That's why it's absolutely crucial to have the right software solution that can perfectly align with the unique needs of a business.

Enter Target Recruit — powerhouse of the recruiting and staffing world.

It was a blasty blast working with the folks over at Target Recruit.

From inception, their brand was a formidable (yet, generic) software company, but they really wanted to turn up the heat and position themselves in the recruiting software marketplace. We were able to lean on their expertise and create an 'expert' brand, a do-it-all recruiting/staffing software that was built on the trusted Salesforce platform

BEFORE THE MAGIC

"WE ARE THE EXPERTS!"

As the branding maestro, it was my job to lead the ideation process and ensure that our concepts were not only visually compelling and impactful, but also aligned with the overall goals of the newfound brand. We had to consider the "target" audience (see what I did there) and take a good, hard look at what people thought of the brand 'Target Recruit'. This helped us figure out what they were great at, where they needed to improve, and what opportunities and challenges they might face.

Our strategy revolved around two core pillars:

  • Elevating expertise
  • "Built on Salesforce"

I common problem that plenty of under-recognized companies face is simply their communication — or lack there of. Despite a history of delivering exceptional software solutions, their brand identity didn't really communicate their expertise nor their unique connection with Salesforce. We had to change that! I tasked our team with reinvigorating the brand and making it so that when people heard/read 'Target Recruit', they knew exactly what was to be expected. The best in the biz for recruiting/staffing software!

Let's throw some paint on the canvas! What do ya say?

Hope you're prepared for the lead flow...sorry in advance.
